Instant Demo replays the pre-cached pipeline run (every number below was measured on it). With API keys set, search and the memo also run live; without them (as on the public demo) search uses keyword matching and the memo is the cached W&B draft.
Stand-in storage: this run uses local stand-in storage; VAST/VSS was not connected.
Clips, ledger rows and search vectors sit behind the same storage adapter (VAST credentials not configured). Switching to VAST is one setting: CLOSECALL_STORE=vast plus the VAST S3 / VSS endpoints.1
